A great re-start for the Project implemented through Financing project (economic-financial operation aimed at a specific investment for the realization of a public work or the management of a public service, without financial burdens for the Public Administration) between the Metropolitan City of Milan and the JV composed by Cesaf Srl, WEB Rise Srl and Elettromeccanica Cuprum Srl.
An innovative project of concrete collaboration between public and private, which aims to create radio base stations for telecommunication services and Wi-Fi coverage, against the enhancement of the fiber-optic network owned by the Province of Milan.
The project therefore has a dual purpose:
- the Metropolitan City of Milan has the opportunity to enhance its assets, increasing their productivity, without disbursement of public money
- the JV  may have a property park suitable for the construction of facilities for the completion of the public telecommunications service.
The contract, after a period of stand-by, has now taken off for all purposes: 30 sites to be built soon; 10 those with imminent "beginning of work", given the obtaining of permits to build, 20 with planning already started.
An electrifying challenge, that the Veneto group does not consider a point of arrival, but of departure.
