Operational meetings in a company are real management tools and are absolutely essential to improve the company and improve ourselves. On a weekly basis, the CESAF team (composed of: refrent person for the purchasing department, referent person for the logistics department, referent person for the warehouse, all the technical staff and management) checks the progress of the activities of each project and the results obtained by comparing them with those planned.
The meetings are an important moment of reunion and above all sharing: the place where most of the information, and those most precious, are exchanged, where effective decisions are made for the success of the projects, where possible criticalities are identified, where solutions are searched and planned, new ideas are proposed, new strategies are established, where people have the possibility of confronting others, where everyone gives his concrete contribution. A moment of active cooperation. Because a well managed meeting allows you to develop the work in a very productive way, to evaluate the state of the art in a precise way, but above all to lay the foundations for the future objectives, in total cohesion.
Every Friday for about an hour and a half, the CESAF team meets to plan the work for the next few weeks. In the dedicated meeting room it is not allowed to "enter" mobile phones or other communication devices. Why? Recollection without distractions. The concentration must be maximum, the collaboration must be efficient.
Meetings, brief, concise but effective and conclusive. And the results are visible!
