It was just a dream, then a commitment and today it is true: the managerial building, headquarters of the Liberian National Social Security & Welfare Corporation is now tangible, clear and beautiful!
The building’s design is something new for Monrovia’s skyline due to the peculiarity of the edifice: the six columns on the main facades connected with brise-soleil, make the building extremely original and elegant. Additionally, the building is equipped with cutting-edge technology and implants, inclusive a glass panoramic view.
These indoor and outdoor view prove it.
For sure it is an ambitious and innovative project commenced in December 2014 and now completed and which is based on criteria such as quality and the total adherence to the original architectural project.
We cannot deny that there were difficulties and unexpected situations yet we continued the works and fulfilled the design presented by engineers and architects as we wanted to deliver a project that fully meet the original design.
The handover was a couple of days ago and both the Client and CESAF LIBERIA Ltd were extremely satisfied.
The CEO Mr. Diego Pol reportedly said "this is an important goal that makes us look at the future and at the next project in Monrovia".
