MR. POL’S PASSPORT: THE PROOF OF MANY JOURNEYS, ON THE BACK OF THE COMPANY'S INTERNAZIONALIZATION
A passport has many pages but when it comes to our CEO, his passport is full again with several international visas and entry and exit stamps from many different countries: Liberia- Guinea- Senegal- Ghana- Morocco- Ivory Coast and the list could go on.
He has quite a busy life with his luggage in one hand and the passport in the other but he is tireless and always ready for his next assignment abroad.
His has one objective: making the best out of the business internationalization! Providing for the right conditions to take advantage of this development goal.
The access and development phases in a foreign market need great care and specific competences. The first step sits in a direct knowledge of the foreign country you are interested in and for sure, this is the fundamental part of the internationalization process.
One must analyze the market dynamics and the country’s opportunities, the strategy to implement as well as the contingent legal and economic threats.
Mr. Pol wants to do it in first person, possibly thanks to the help of local experts, but with the firm belief that he is the most appropriate person to create real and concrete growing opportunities abroad due to his deep knowledge of the company, of its strengths and weaknesses, of the potential, the resources, the strategies and of its objectives.
Then, why should he delegate?
Beside that, foreign markets represent a great income opportunity but they are also full of dangers. Thanks to the right planning and the instruments available, dangers can be avoided and - in some cases - even exploited. An Pol know it well, better than anyone else...
At this point, we can only say safe travels!
