
MANTRAC SITE: A LOT OF WORKS BUT ALSO SOME DIVERSION TO ENHANCE TEAM BUILDING
The people are the most valuable asset in a company and for this reason, they need to be motivated, to keep up their spirit and enthusiasm and to establish positive group dynamics.
To have a good working team, the employees, the owner, and the management need to know each other and share pleasant moments together. For short periods of time, they need to transform the working context in a moment to get to know each other, a convivial moment that surely leads to positive outcomes.
This is what happened at the Mantrac site on February 15 and the CEO Mr. Diego Pol, who thought about this event, took part to it as well.
It was a regular working day happily interrupted by a collective lunch break.
It was a cheerful and happy moment that helped to take a distance from the daily routing but it also helped to appreciate the synergy and the group harmony. In a site where the number of workers is significant, the activities proceed at a fast speed and -for sure – we cannot deny that incomprehension and bad moods can occur now and then.
Is there a better way to find some serenity, distraction and – why not – aggregation?
What we experienced and the Mantrac site was a real cohesion moment: the chance to communicate informally, and a relaxed situation, the ideal way to listed to topics that are different from the one usually discussed at work. Food is not only a simple act of nutrition, but it is an important moment of sharing, socialization and exchange of emotions.
