The Management of CESAF srl established to develop and maintain an Integrated Management System for quality, environment and safety aiming to achieve the following general goals:

  • involve in-house employees and any external stakeholders (e.g. customers and suppliers) in the continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System, by raising their awareness of environmental and occupational health and safety issues and improving customer/client satisfaction;
  • ensure compliance with current legislation, in all areas in which the company should operate;
  • involve and raise awareness also among its subcontractors/suppliers so that they contribute to the continuous improvement of environmental impacts and the reduction of risks in the workplace.
  • Analysing business processes with Risk Analysis techniques and tools starting from the analysis of the context in which the organisation operates and its Stakeholders.
To achieve these goals, the organisation considers the adoption of the following tools and the implementation of the following general guidelines as essential:
  • Preserve the integrity of the environment in and around the establishment
  • Manage, preserve and, if possible, reduce the use of natural resources
  • Identify aspects that may cause environmental, quality and OSH impacts on all processes, plan controls, manage changes and evaluate possible impacts and/or improvements
  • Prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases through the correct use of PPE, constant training and the involvement of workers (through the company RLS).
  • Prevent and correct any hazardous situation, implementing root causes analysis and possible solutions even in the case of minor incidents.
  • Prioritise relationships with subcontractors/suppliers that can ensure services in accordance with the management system implemented.
  • Aiming at continuous improvement of environmental performance to prevent or reduce pollution and minimise contamination, and of the efficacy of the integrated management system implemented.
  • Maintain internal and external information channels active regarding the System's performance.
  • Operate to achieve and develop stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Operate in all areas according to the principle of continuous improvement.
  • Promote employee awareness and participation in OSH, environmental protection and quality aspects.
  • Ensure that all personnel understand their responsibilities and take them into account in their daily work.
  • Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and standards applicable to products, processes, services and other subscribed requirements.
  • Develop integrated management system planning that reflects the objectives and targets defined annually by the Executive Board.
  • Establish and maintain suitable controls to ensure that the principles of this policy are maintained and that company procedures are adhered to, also with regard to subcontracted activities.
  • Review the integrated management system periodically to identify weak points and pursue continuous improvement.
Together with the general goals, mentioned above, the management defines specific, measurable goals on an annual basis. In the knowledge that these objectives can only be achieved with the full participation of all qualified partners, the management asks for the active cooperation of all staff.
