These days the Company buys everything: office furniture, industrial kitchen, gym equipment, garden furniture, swimming pool accessories and the list goes on forever!
Why?  Easy to say: the do turn-key works! In order to do that, we need to look for new suppliers on daily basis the requests are getting stranger and more unusual.
CESAF was prepared for this and since 2017 and in a totally preventive manner, we activated a supplier research; different types of wholesalers who were selected, contacted, scrutinized, tested and qualified.
As you are aware, CESAF has a certification and for this reason, we request and demand the best out of our suppliers especially in terms of quality as this is the key term and our constant feature towards our Clients. This means that we need fierce, competitive, ambitious and sure suppliers who never  give up offering a high quality product/service.
Up to now we have reached excellent results, but in some cases  - and we are quite reluctant in affirming it - we were forced to leaving some historic suppliers as they were not able to comply with the requested and demanded parameters.
Now our suppliers are regularly monitored and their received our evaluation schedule on a yearly basis. This documents summarizes CESAF’s general judgment on the service/product acquired  which is an analysis based on a number of factors and the most important of them all is the quality.  If these suppliers do not reach the standards set for our vendor rating, they will be substituted.
A plaudit goes to our purchase department as thanks to the strict direction of the manager, they were able to lead the company to the desired result.
