CESAF staff is made up by a significant number of female members.
This is a clear appreciation female employees, which is supported by the presence of so many women also appointed to strategically important tasks. This quite valid idea, comes from the management which is strongly convinced that the availability of many women in a Company is a symbol of innovation.
A great number of women in a firm increments sensitivity, responsiveness, practicability, but is also provides a different point of view and a different care.
Additionally, not only CESAF can count on many women, but they also come from several ethnicities.
They have different identities, cultures and religions but at the same time, they are well aware of being part of the same team; as a matter of fact, diversity is a value a company needs to grow and nowadays, finding a way to strengthen diversity proved to be a successful strategy.
For instance, multiculturalism in a work place helps to think outside the box and this is because being exposed to ideas and points of view which are different from one’s culture, encourages one to think and extend one’s view of the world and at the same time, this stimulates learning and creativity. Furthermore, a culturally heterogeneous manpower, provides for a greater coverage of Clients and a clear example is represented by the languages. As a matter of fact, the staff in CESAF fluently speaks, English, Spanish, French, Romanian, Macedonian, Serbian and Croatian.
And finally, there is one last thing that cannot be taken for granted: the women in CESAF staff are well-drilled, united, supportive one for the other and for the other women. In fact, a number of CESAF staff representatives recently took part to “Corri in Rosa” in San Vendemiano (TV); this is a special lady-only marathon, promoting a healthy lifestyle and which finances breast cancer awareness, research and the purchase of equipment for breast cancer prevention.
