In March 2017, our associated company Cesaf Liberia participated in a tender for the design and construction of a new multi-storey building, to be built in Monrovia, as the future headquarters for the Liberian Football Association, financed with funds made available by FIFA (International Federation of Association Football).
Just over a month later, the outcome of the bid and the big announcement: we were awarded the tender.
Since then, the administrative and bureaucratic process has slowed down, due to the change of the leaders of the local federation, the presidential elections and procedures put in place by FIFA for finding the  
necessary funds.
The "turning point" was finally signed on 29 January: the contract for the assignment of works was signed in the presence of the high representatives of LFA and Cesaf Liberia Ltd.
The project, of important architectural and economic value, involves the construction of a three-storey building; on the ground floor, a sumptuous entrance and a very spacious conference room, the first and second floors, entirely dedicated to offices for the staff of the Liberian federation.
The building, of modern conception, has been designed in total compliance with international regulations on "demolition of architectural barriers"; access to disabled people is guaranteed in all rooms, as well as adequate toilets.
Several journalists from local newspapers and representatives of the LFA staff attended the signing ceremony.
