Two years after the completion of Phase 1, we are happy to inform our follower the our associate CESAF LIBERIA Ltd was awarded with Phase 2 of the realization of the new Mantrac Liberia plant in Monrovia (Mantrac Group, established in Egypt in 1977, is the authorized dealer of Caterpillar of Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Iraq  and Russia and it has offices in the UK and UAE).
Let’s take a step back...
In 2017, CESAF LIBERIA Ltd completed the works for the refurbishment of the plot where the plant will be built with the deforestation, excavation and leveling, installation of a  fence and demarcation of limits.
Following  an intense tender in 2018, this year in March we were officially informed about the award.
The site was handed over on March 23, 2019.
The works that CESAF LIBERIA Ltd is about to complete forecast:

  • A multi-story building used as office;
  • A one-story building used as warehouse;
  • A one-story building used as workshop;
  • A one-story building named “power station”;
  • A one-story building named “lockers”;
  • A Security Room;
  • A Guard Room;
  • External roads, aprons and parking areas serving the implants and green works generally speaking.
This important work foresees about two years of activities and it will be completed according our our highest qualitative standards.
On May 28 and 29, in Cairo there was the meeting between CESAF LIBERIA Ltd -  Being Main Contractor - and the architectural firm in charge of the works, who defined some issues related to the commencement of the works.
For the CEO Diego Pol and other workers involved, it was the chance to visit the main office of Mantrac, where there was the meeting with the Directorate General in order to discuss about the project.
As CESAF group, we are very proud that we now have a new trusted Client of such caliber. We will strive to meet its expectations and for the excellent outcome of the project.
